If you are not satisfied with your software purchase, Winferno Software has a 30 day from date of purchase refund policy.

To initiate a refund request for your software order please contact Winferno Support. Once we have received your request, a Letter of Destruction (LOD) document will be emailed to you. You must print, complete, and sign our LOD and fax it back to us. The date automatically stamped on the faxed LOD will be the basis for meeting the 30-day refund requirement.

*Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that Password Recovery, Microsoft, Roxio, Cyberlink, PrintShop products and Phone Support are not eligible for a refund.
