1)	Offer valid in US and Canada only and void where prohibited by law.
2)	Offer good for purchases made between 07/22/2005 and 12/31/2007. This offer is for previous owners of retail (boxed or downloaded), stand alone versions of McAfee VirusScan, McAfee VirusScan Professional, McAfee Internet Security, McAfee Firewall, McAfee SpamKiller, McAfee AntiSpyware or any Norton software product. Proof of ownership of previous versions of the products listed above is required. Products that were pre-installed on your computer or supplied by manufacturer (OEM) do not qualify. Limit one rebate per name, address or household. Rebate submission must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase date printed on the customer receipt.
3)	Offer good for one person per name, address or household. Requests for multiple rebates from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored.
4)	Your receipt or bill of sale must be typewritten or computer generated. The name appearing on this form must match the information provided on the receipt or bill of sale.
5)	Any request forms lost or misdirected by the postal service or other delivery services are not the responsibility of Mcafee or the McAfee fulfillment center.
6)	Tax not refunded.
7)	Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. $20 USD maximum rebate.
