When you open an email message, you will see
this new toolbar in Outlook:

If you'd like to use SnapZip to compress large and
or multiple email attachments, press this button.
It turns SnapZip on.

If you'd like to use SnapZip to compress all of your
email attachments (regardless of size or number),
press this button. It also turns SnapZip on.

If you'd like to turn SnapZip off, press
this button.

Note - When you turn SnapZip off the three
buttons to the far right disappear. To get them back, simply
turn SnapZip on by pressing the on button to the left of the
off button.
When you have SnapZip turned on there will be
three buttons to the right. These buttons control your image
reduction.

When zipping or zipping & emailing, SnapZip offers you even
more options for making your photos smaller.
You can:
- Reduce images to screen quality
- Leave them as they are
- Or have SnapZip ask you each time
What does Screen Quality mean?
By choosing to reduce your images to screen quality you can greatly reduce the file size of the image. If these images are only going to be seen on a computer screen (like your desktop photo or on the Internet) this level of compression is fine. However, if you plan to print these images we recommend leaving them as you already have them.
