Scan Results

After the Security Scan has finished, your customized Scan Results appears. The Scan Results pops up in a separate window and contains both a summary and detailed list of any problems found.

This easy to read report takes out the guesswork and clearly shows you all problems found. To safely and effectively remove spyware, viruses and other threats simply press the View Recommendations button.

How to read the Your Scan Results:

Your spyware results are broken down into three categories:

Next to each level, there is the number of problems found within that category.

Detailed Results:
In the detailed results pane, your results will be broken down into three categories: Critical, Elevated and Low.

Your results will further be broken down by type (ie - tracking cookies, spyware, etc). To view results within the category, click on the icon next to the type. Here’s an example of what expanded results look like:

Definitions:
Not an IT guy? No problem!
Our convenient definitions section explains spyware types, in language anyone can understand. To learn about a threat, simply click on the type (ie- tracking cookies, spyware, etc) within the Detailed Results section. On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a definition.

To remove security problems found in your scan,
press the View Recommendations button.
