SnapZip is now fully integrated into Outlook Email (versions 2000 and newer). If you send large pictures or large attachments, SnapZip will automatically compress them for you- without having to leave Outlook! This means your email will be faster to send. It’s also faster for the person who receives your email!

• Change and set your SnapZip Preferences
• Set SnapZip to automatically compress images for screen quality (This is drastically reduces the size of the image and is great if the pictures are only going to be seen on a computer screen)
• Set SnapZip to zip images, but not reduce the image for screen quality (This means the photos are slightly larger, but it is the best option if you’d like to print these photos. SnapZip will still compress them so they are easier to send via email but will not reduce the original image)
• Set SnapZip to ask you about image reduction each time it zips.
• Open up the SnapZip program
• Easily turn SnapZip on or off
