Secure IE 2007 now includes McAfee Site Advisor, which protects you from adware, spyware, spam, viruses and online scams.
Notice when you visit websites, the McAfee Site Advisor displays icons based on the safety of that particular site. For example if you go to a site that McAfee knows is safe, you’ll see a green check mark. This tells you it is safe to proceed.
But if you go to site that is questionable or known for spyware, you’ll see a red x. This tells you it is an unsafe site.
Here are the three levels of McAfee Advisements:

Medium

High

McAfee Site Advisor Options:
To view more options click on the arrow in the far right hand corner of the button.
View Site Details:
Click on the View site details link to view specific information of that site. You will be taken to a page on McAfee.com and can read reports, comments and more. Here’s an example:

Below are the settings for McAfee Site Advisor.
Do Not Warn List:
If you do not wish to receive a warning about a particular website, click on the Do not warn list link. A pop-up will appear where you can easily add and remove site to a safe list.
