You can use the options here to customize Research-Desk Professional's
behavior during startup.

Check these options to show the following during startup

- Tip of the Day - If this item is checked, each time you
start up Research-Desk, you will see a small popup box with a
helpful tip on how to use Research-Desk. To disable these popup
boxes, simply uncheck this item.
- Quick Start Guide - If this item is checked, each time
you start up Research-Desk, your browser will automatically have a
tab called "Research-Desk". Here you will find a one-page guide
with helpful information on how to use Research-Desk. To disable
this guide, simply uncheck this item.
- New Web Browser Window - If this item is checked, each
time you start up Research-Desk, it will automatically open a
web page. To disable this feature, simply uncheck this item.
You can set Research-Desk to check file associations on Startup.
