Click on the Properties button (shown in the File Transfer Toolbar,
in the File Transfer Manager window, and in the File
menu) to view detailed information on the file being downloaded.
Use this dialog window to:
Change the Referrer
Change the downloaded/downloading file's name and folder
Change the number of retries permitted
Monitor download progress, start and stop the download.

Automatic Rollback
Research-Desk automatically "overlaps" interrupted downloads to
safeguard against corrupted files. If this feature is enabled,
Research-Desk discards the packets of information received immediately
prior to the interruption. Because only the most recent packets are
discarded, and because Research-Desk resumes the download from the
point of interruption, file downloads are speedy and robust.
To enable this feature:
Select Research-Desk Tools
Preferences
File Downloads
Then check the Automatically rollback
interrupted downloads option
