Creating a New
Zip Archive
|
|
Click on the Zip button in the
Standard Toolbar or select File, New, Zip to start a
blank ZIP Archive.

Adding Files to
a Zip Archive
|
|
Drag and drop files from the Desktop or
Windows
Explorer to add them to the Archive. Or click on the Add Files to Archive
button in the Zip Toolbar to browse for files to add to the archive. Save
changes using File, Save to make the additions permanent. |

Removing Files
from a Zip Archive
|
|
Click on the Remove button or press
Del to remove the selected files from the Zip Archive. Save changes using
File, Save to make the deletions permanent. |
|
Grouping Items
in a Zip Archive
|
|
Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the Group button to
arrange the contents of the Zip Archive as a list, or group by folder, or group
by file type.

Saving Changes
Made to a Zip
Archive
|
|
Select File, Save or press CTRL+S to save the
Zip Archive. This will make any changes to the Zip Archive permanent.
