A Download Bar will automatically appear near the top-left of the Research-Desk window when you initiate a download. Use this toolbar to track progress of downloading files.

Right-click on this toolbar or use View, Toolbars to hide this toolbar. You can also use the Show / Hide Toolbar button in the File Transfer Manager window to show or hide Download Bars corresponding to individual file downloads.

Using the Download Bar:

• Click on the Filename button to change the filename and folder of file being downloaded.

• Click on the Start Download and Stop Download buttons to pause and resume downloads.

• When the download is complete, click on the Open button to open the downloaded file.

• Click on the Delete Download button to remove the file's entry from the File Transfer Manager's Queue and, optionally, delete the downloaded file as well.

• Click on the Properties button to view additional information on the downloading file.
