To disable background sounds simply right
click on the Rapid IE icon and click on the Content
Filtering option. Then click on Disable Background
Sounds.
To hear background sounds simply right click on the Rapid
IE icon and click on the Content Filtering
option. The Disable Background Sounds option will
be checked. Click on it and then you will be able to
hear the background sounds on the Internet again.
