Private IE may not always clear all of the items requested because of
conflicts with other programs which may be using the same items
(cookies, temporary files, etc). When this happens, Private IE queues
up the items to be cleared upon reboot.
The one exception to this rule is when conflicting programs (ones
that are sharing the cookies, temp file etc) are set to automatically
startup when the computer starts up.
To fix this:
- Reboot your PC
- Close all software programs
- Start Private IE and clear all items
