Did you know that your browser keeps a record of every website
you’ve ever visited? Your wife can start typing
www.amazon.com and your browser will
also recall www.anntaylor.com - providing
a direct link to her surprise birthday present!
Private IE makes it easy to protect your privacy and clear all
items from this list.
During a web browsing session you simply open Private IE and
locate Clear Browser Cache
(on the left hand side of the screen).
Choose one of the following options:
- All Sites - Choosing this option
sets Private IE to delete all sites in your Cache.
- All Except Browser Security : Low
(Trusted Sites) - In your browser, you can categorize
websites based on how much you trust them. If you choose this
option, all Browser Security : Medium
(Unclassified Sites) and Browser
Security : High (Restricted Sites) will be deleted. This
option is helpful if you have a site you visit frequently and want
to easily access it from the pull-down menu in your Browser Address
Bar.
- Browser Security : High (Restricted
Sites) Only - Choosing this option sets Private IE to delete
all the sites that you have classified as
Browser Security : High (Restricted Sites).
Once you have made your choice, press the button labelled
Clear Now and your Cache will be
cleared.
Would you like to set this option to Automatic?
