How to get your iPod formatted video onto your iPod:

1. Open iTunes

2. Go to 'File' and then click on 'Import'

3. Select your newly converted file using the dialog box and click 'Open'

4. This will add the video to your iTunes Library

5. To add the video to your iPod, plug your iPod into your computer and wait until iTunes recognizes it

6. When the iPod icon appears in the 'Source' area of iTunes, select the video from your 'Library' and simply drag it onto the iPod icon
